Cold-Pressed Juices
All juice sales are FINAL!!!!
Because our products are fresh, perishable, and made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Rochelle@rlpwellnesscollective.com with your order number and photos, and our team will make it right.
Activewear
We want you to love your RLP Wellness Collective activewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
